Event Lifeguarding

Policies

Lesson Policies

Please review these policies before booking. Wendy is happy to answer any questions directly.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to hold your lesson slot. The deposit is applied toward the total lesson cost. Deposit amounts are confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson will receive a full credit toward a future lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time may forfeit the deposit.

Weather Policy

Lessons may be rescheduled due to lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe pool conditions. Wendy will contact you as early as possible if a lesson needs to be moved. Weather cancellations are always credited in full.

Parent Presence

A parent or guardian must be present on the property during all lessons. Parents are welcome to observe from poolside. Wendy will provide a brief summary after each session.
